Welcome to Edgage, a school management platform by Edgage Technologies. ("we," "us"). Our platform offers tools like a Learning Management System (LMS), attendance tracking, grading, incidents, inventory, fees, and communication features for schools, educators, students, and parent.
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent, guardian, or school to use the Service. Schools registering for their staff or students confirm they have authority to agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will notify you by posting changes here. Continued use means you accept the updates.
Edgage provides:
You get a limited license to use the Service for educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
You need an account for most features. Keep your login details secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for all activity on your account.
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We own the Service and its technology. Your content (e.g., lesson plans) remains yours, but you allow us to host and use it to provide the Service. Ensure your content doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
The Service requires a subscription. You agree to pay fees as outlined in your plan. We may adjust pricing with notice. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
We protect your data per our Privacy Policy and comply with laws like GDPR, FERPA and COPPA. You’re responsible for getting necessary consents for student data.
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment. After termination, we may delete your data after a grace period.
The Service is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Educational outcomes are not guaranteed.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months, where allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by Qatari law. Disputes will be resolved in Qatar courts.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without liability, with notice where possible.
